Summer Camps 2022

Finishing on a Friday - Not currently available
What's more fun than scoring goals? This 1 hour 15 minute class focuses on the most important part of football - putting the ball in the onion bag! Headers, volleys, driven shots from distance, chip over the keeper, rounding the keeper, curled into the corner - so many ways to finish! We look at the techniques used to execute these finishes, as well as incorporating finishing into Patterns of Play, Small Sided Games, 1v1 / 2v2s and Rondos.
Last year's Finishing on a Friday was again hugely popular so it's back for a third year. Like last ear it's being split into two separate age based sessions. The 4 week programme will run from Friday 1 May to Friday 22 May. Maximum results will be achieved by attending all 4 sessions and therefore priority will be given to those booking the full programme. Bookings for individual sessions will be placed on a waiting list and a space will be allocated on 24 April if the full allocation (12) has not been reached. Each session costs £5 per player. Pick ups from home / school could potentially be arranged on an ad hoc basis.
Early session, Time: 13:15 - 14:30, Age Group: 2012 - 2010
This session will use 4-a-side and 7-a-side goals and concentrate on Small Sided set up.
Later session, Time 14:45 - 16:00, Age Group: 2009 - 2007
This session will focus on the full size set up and how to best utilise the increase of space that comes with that. We'll use 11-a-side goals supported by small sided goals.

Please note, these sessions are delivered at a good technical level and are therefore aimed at player who are at an intermediate / advanced level.

Easter Football Camp: 6 - 10 April 2020
The first week of the Easter Holidays sees Redhall Park host this 5 day Football Camp for 8 - 12 year olds of all abilities. These fun sessions will focus on Small Sided Games and Developing Techniques as well as fun team games like Football Tennis and Football Rounders. Each day the session will run from 9am until 4pm and early drop offs / late pick ups can be arranged.
The full 5 day programme can be booked for just £50 per player, which represents the best value for money Holiday Camp in Edinburgh. From 20 March, subject to availability, single day sessions can be booked for £12 per day and half day sessions (9am-12noon or 1pm - 4pm) for £7. There will a contingency plan in place to move to the Corn Exchange on any given day, if the weather dictates we can't play outside (this would incur a £5 per day additional charge).
Saturday Soccer School - Not currently available
Saturdays mornings are for the Stars of the Future! These fun one hour sessions introduce 3 - 5 year olds to The Beautiful Game in a safe and nurturing environment. No lines or drills, just maximum time playing fun games with a football. These classes are designed to be fun, fun, fun so the stars of the future will keep coming back for more!
This 4 week programme of 1 hour sessions will run from Saturday 2 May - Saturday 23 May, 10.30 - 11.30 at Redhall Park. The full programme costs £20 and maximum participants is set at 8. To book please click on the button below and select Pre-school from the menu.
